Environmental Assessment
The following documents form the Environmental Assessment for the Warkworth Mine Extension, which will be assessed under the provisions of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). These documents are available for public exhibition from Friday 30 April to Tuesday 15 June 2010, during which time public comment can be submitted to the NSW Department of Planning via the department's website http://www.planning.nsw.gov.au/. Coal & Allied will be required to consider submissions and respond to the Department.
