The Mount Pleasant Project is committed to sustainable development and ensuring positive environmental, social and economic outcomes for nearby communities in the Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter Shires.

If developed, the Mount Pleasant mine will exceed Coal & Allied's consent conditions by employing high standards of environmental management and mining practices throughout all stages of development to minimise the mine's impact on the environment and to ensure that mined land is effectively rehabilitated.
