Environmental Assessment
The following documents form the Environmental Assessment for the Mount Pleasant Project Modification, which will be assessed under the provisions of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). These documents are available for public exhibition from 8 October 2010 to 29 October 2010, during which time public comment can be submitted to the NSW Department of Planning via the Department's website. Coal & Allied will be required to consider submissions and respond to the Department.

Project application
The following documents are submitted for application for modification under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act) for the proposed consent modification for the Mount Pleasant Project.

EPBC referral
A referral has been lodged under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) to determine whether approval will be required under this Act, which commenced after the State development consent was granted.
The Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts has placed the referral documents on its website, for a public exhibition period.
