Northern Estate Applications

The following documents form the Environmental Assessments, concept plans and draft Voluntary Planning Agreements for the proposals at Black Hill and Minmi/Link Road, which will be assessed under the provisions of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). These documents are available for public exhibition from 2 March to 1 April 2011, during which time public comment can be submitted to the NSW Department of Planning via the Department's website. Coal & Allied will be required to consider submissions and respond to the Department.
