Lower Hunter Lands Project

The following documents form the Environmental Assessments, concept plans and draft Voluntary Planning Agreements for the proposals at Nords Wharf, Gwandalan and Middle Camp, which will be assessed under the provisions of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). These documents are available for public exhibition from 17 November 2010 to 17 December 2010, during which time public comment can be submitted to the NSW Department of Planning via the Department's website.
