Community contributions

A Board of Trustees and an Executive Officer manage the Coal & Allied Community Trust. 

The board consists of four prominent members of the Upper Hunter community and four Coal & Allied representatives. 

Who are the Trustees?

Mrs Beverlee Adams
Formerly a Shire Councillor and owner of a property near Scone, Beverlee Adams is well known in the Upper Hunter as an enthusiastic supporter of agribusiness.

Mr Paul Williams
Paul Williams is the Principal of St Catherine's Catholic College in Singleton.

Mr Richard Owens
Richard Owens is Chairman of R.O.I. Pty Limited and Managing Director of Oakvale Wines. He is also a board member of the Hunter Valley Research Foundation.

Ms Kate Woodward
Kate Woodward is the Managing Director of Hunter Belle Cheese based in Muswellbrook.

Ms Fiona Nicholls
Fiona Nicholls is the General Manager - External Relations at Rio Tinto Coal Australia

Mr Rick Fairhurst
Rick Fairhurst is General Manager of Hunter Valley Operations.
