Coal & Allied Aboriginal Development Consultative Committee

Coal & Allied, in partnership with the Upper Hunter Valley Aboriginal Community, launched the Aboriginal Development Consultative Community (ADCC) in 2006.

The ADCC is a funding programme accessible by any Aboriginal person or group in the Upper Hunter Valley region undertaking a project to benefit the wider Aboriginal community.

Through the ADCC, Coal & Allied has been supporting education, training, community and business development projects for Aboriginal people in the Upper Hunter Valley since 2006. The ADCC operates under a set of guidelines established and agreed to by the Upper Hunter Valley Aboriginal community and Coal & Allied.

The projects funded are those most likely to deliver long term, sustainable outcomes for the Upper Hunter Valley Aboriginal community and applications may be made by members of the Upper Hunter Valley Aboriginal community including the areas of Singleton, Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter.
